3. Products & Pricing

• All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
• Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may include or exclude delivery charges as specified at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, or images at any time without prior notice.
• While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in product details or pricing may occur. If such an error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before processing.
• Product photos are for representation purposes. Natural products (like fruits and vegetables) may vary slightly in size, color, or appearance.

4. Orders & Confirmation

• When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp. This is not a binding contract — it is an acknowledgment of your request.
• We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.
• Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a final confirmation along with delivery details.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• EasyPaisa
• JazzCash
• Bank Transfer

All online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

6. Delivery

• We currently deliver across Karachi, Pakistan.
• Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours from order confirmation, depending on your location.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, courier issues, public holidays, etc.).
• You or an authorized representative must be available to receive the order at the provided address. Failure to receive multiple delivery attempts may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the order.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

• Damaged or Spoiled Products: If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• Resolution: We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion) for verified claims.
• Non-Returnable Items: Once perishable products (fruits, vegetables, fish) are accepted in good condition, they cannot be returned.
• Vermicompost & Plant Shoots: Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by contacting our team.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

9. Product Quality & Storage

• We deliver products in the best possible condition. Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to store products properly as per the storage instructions provided on each product page.
• We are not liable for quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery.

10. Use of Website

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
